| Service Power Plan The Service Power Plan covers things that typically go wrong with your system and includes an annual tune-up to increase your systems longevity and performance. Tune-Up Your boiler or furnace will be tuned-up when necessary to insure the maximum efficiency of your heating system. We will: • Test and adjust oil burner for maximum efficiency. • Inspect combustion chamber. • Clean and check the electrodes and nozzle. • We will supply oil filter cartridge and burner nozzle. • Oil all motors on burner, fans and circulators. • Check all safety and operating controls. • Check oil tank and lines. • Clean furnace/boiler and flue pipe. |

| Service Power Plan Plus The Service Power Plus Plan covers everything that the Service Power Plan includes plus a tune-up, labor and oil burner parts for your oil fired water heater. Please contact our office if you are interested in signing up for a service agreement General Conditions 1. During the life of this agreement the service hours Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. will provide will be dependable, prompt emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 2. Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. agrees to render service to the customer’s oil burning equipment for one year from the month which the agreement began. If customer does not have service agreement protection, they will be charged parts and labor at the prevailing rate. 3. This agreement will expire on your anniversary month each year and will automatically renew every year unless terminated in writing. This agreement is not written on a pro-rated basis and no refund will be made if the customer prior to its normal expiration date cancels the agreement. 4. The service plans at prices quoted are for the ordinary residence or comparable size commercial heating systems that are approved after an on-site evaluation by a service representative from Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp.. 5. There shall be no liability for any reason on the part of Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. for work done by anyone else, unless such person is authorized by Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. to perform such work or furnish parts. 6. Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. shall not be held liable for inability to supply or obtain parts that are no longer available through normal supply channels. 7. It is agreed that if any tax or other charges are imposed by a governmental authority with respect to the sale, delivery, or use of the products covered hereby, it will be added to the price to be paid by the Buyer. These service agreements do not cover service or the repair or replacement of oil burner parts required as the result of abnormal conditions such as war, fire, flood, hurricane, explosion, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. . 8. Service will not be rendered unless customer provides reasonably safe and easy access to work areas. Failure to allow access for maintenance during the agreement period will render this agreement void. The ultimate responsibility for scheduling maintenance rests upon the customer. 9. Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. reserves the right to reject any service agreement after inspection of the burner. The bill for service to be rendered under this agreement shall be considered final acceptance of this agreement. 10. Powerhouse Plumbing and Heating Corp. cannot assume responsibility for loss of heat or any damage resulting from a freeze up in an occupied or unoccupied dwelling. It is the customers sole responsibility to arrange for a daily house check if customer is away from the premises. 11. Agreements do not cover oil tanks. 12. Service Contract agreements are not in force if the service agreement is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment for service contract agreement is overdue the customer will be charged for parts and labor at the prevailing rates. 13. Client must retain a copy of this service contract for proof of agreement. |
